    Faye, I have lenders for foreign nationals, 65% ltv, 12-36 mths rates-10.99-15.99. I also have lenders that do reo funding to 65% of purchase, have hard money and convetional funding, too. You can contact me at d8vhills@aol.com, provide your contact info.

    There are foreign investor lenders out there, but it depends on the collateral and location, among other aspects. Let me know and maybe we can partner up on a deal.

    Right now all I have been able to get done is hard money, have a couple of aggressive hedge funds, min is 500K-mainly RE, but can structure deals with assets, treasuries, bonds, stock portfolio, gems

    Depending where the property is Emigrant Savings Bank will lend to foreign nationals as both residential and commercial. Wamu & Wells Fargo had a program, however not sure if still in place.
